As quoted in the market report:

Of the rest, the networks for gathering and transporting crude oil and natural gas liquids have been growing fastest. Pipelines for gathering and transporting crude have increased by more than 6,000 miles (12%) and pipelines for transporting highly volatile liquids (HVLs) like propane have grown by 6,800 miles (13%).
