Primary Petroleum Enters Into Non-Binding LOI

Primary Petroleum Corporation (TSXV:PIE) enters into a non-binding Letter of Intent with a U.S. Company on its 291,000 net acres under lease in the Southern Alberta Basin Bakken Fairway of NW Montana.
