OPEC Oil Agreement Puts Saudi Arabia Back in Charge

Reuters Africa reported that OPEC oil producers signed the first new output agreement in three years putting Saudi Arabia back in charge.

As quoted in the market news:

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries agreed a target of 30 million barrels daily, ratifying current production near 3-year highs.
