Oil Rises to 12-Week High as Declining Supplies Spur Bull Market

Bloomberg reported that crude oil surged to a 12-week high after U.S. stockpiles dropped.

As quoted in the market news:

Crude oil for December delivery increased $1.90 to $93.17 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, the highest settlement price since Aug. 2.
