Oil Rises on Goldman Forecast Hike

Reuters reports that on Tuesday, Oil surged after Goldman Sachs raised its price forecasts for Brent crude.

The U.S. July crude rose 77 cents to $98.47 a barrel, having pushed as high as $100.09 and back above its 100-day moving average of $98.80.
