Oil Rises for Second Day

Bloomberg reports that Oil rose for a second day.

The market news is quoted as saying:

The 800-mile (1,300-kilometer) Alaska pipeline network starts in Prudhoe Bay on the North Slope and runs to Valdez, the northernmost ice-free port in North America. U.S. West Coast refiners said they are experiencing little or no impact.
