Oil jumps above $88 in Asia as US stockpiles fall

Businessweek reports that Oil prices jumped above $88 a barrel in Asia on Thursday.

The market news is quoted as saying:

U.S. commercial crude inventories fell by 3.3 million barrels to 364.9 million barrels for the week ending Nov. 5, the Energy Department said Wednesday.
