Oil India May Buy Cove Energy

Bloomberg reported that Oil India Ltd. (NSE:OIL) may buy Cove Energy Plc (LSE:COV).

As quoted in the market news:

Bids for London-based Cove may exceed $1.2 billion, one of the people said. Cove has a market value of 620 million pounds ($950 million).
