Number of Oil and Natural Gas Rigs Drops by 18

Business Week reported that the number of oil and natural gas rigs in the U.S. dropped by 18.

As quoted in the market news:

Houston-based oilfield services company Baker Hughes Inc. reported Friday that 1,414 rigs were exploring for oil and 518 were searching for gas.
