Natural Gas Trading Volume Rose to Record Yesterday on Nymex

Bloomberg reports that Natural gas futures trading volume surged to a record yesterday on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Natural gas for May delivery fell 8.9 cents, or 2.2 percent, to $4.057 per million British thermal units yesterday on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prices dropped an additional 1.6 cents today to $4.041, a three-week low.
