Gas Prices: $3.84 and Edging Higher

ABC News reports that Gas prices are skyrocketing by the day and are at an all-time high.

The average price of gasoline is $3.84 per gallon, up 98 cents from a year ago and 5 cents from the previous week, according to the Department of Energy.
