Cool Weather Forecasts Keep Natural Gas Prices Up

The Wall Street Journal reported that natural gas futures rose for the sixth day in a row on expectations that colder weather will up demand for gas-dependent heating.

As quoted in the market news:

Natural gas for November delivery rose 5.1 cents, or 1.5%, to settle at $3.531 per million British thermal units on the New York Mercantile Exchange, the highest since Dec. 2.
