Alberta gas dropped 7 percent. Temperatures in Chicago will be above normal all next week and peak at 47 degrees Fahrenheit (8 Celsius) Jan. 26, 15 degrees above normal, according to AccuWeather Inc. in State College, Pennsylvania.
