Alix Resources Announces Significant Lithium Assay Values on the La Corne 2 Property (West Canada Lithium), Quebec

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 20, 2016 / Alix Resources Corp (TSXV:AIX)  is pleased to announce significant lithium values from its preliminary channel sampling of newly discovered spodumene-bearing granitic pegmatites dykes exposed in the southern part of our La Corne 2 property located adjacent and on strike with the Chinese-based Jilin Jien Nickel Industry Co. (“Jilin”) Quebec Lithium Mine property, in the Preissac -Lacorne Area, Abitibi, Quebec.

Significant lithium concentrations obtained from three sites are reproduced in the table below:

RB Energy, the former owner of the Quebec Lithium mine, reported measured and indicated resources of 29.3 Mt grading 1.19% Li₂O and 20.9 Mt of inferred resources grading 1.15% Li₂O, respectively (source: NI43-101 Technical Report filed by Canada Lithium ,on SEDAR, June 8, 2011).
