Northcliff Resources Heads to Final Stage of EIA Process for Sisson Tungsten-Moly Project
Northcliff Resources (TSX:NCF) has received notice that the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency has begun a 30-day comment period on its comprehensive environmental impact assessment (EIA) for Northcliff’s tungsten-molybdenum project in New Brunswick. Northcliff Resources (TSX:NCF) has received notice that the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency has begun a 30-day comment period on its comprehensive environmental impact assessment (EIA) for Northcliff’s tungsten-molybdenum project in New Brunswick.
As quoted in the press release, Northcliff President and CEO, Chris Zahovskis, said:
This is a significant milestone in the environmental assessment review process for the Sisson Project. We are grateful for the efforts of the many federal agencies that have contributed to this document. The Company is confident that the mitigation measures proposed and rigorous environmental assessment review process will ensure the facility can be constructed and operated in an environmentally sound manner. The Company will review the CSR and provide any further comments to CEAA.
