Heemskirk Completes Sale of Spanish Tungsten Project

Mining Weekly reported Heemskirk Consolidated (ASX:HSK) sold its Los Santos tungsten project, in Spain, to Almonty Industries for A$20-million.

The market news is quoted as saying,

Heemskirk said on Monday that it had received $14-million in cash and has been issued with 5.56-million shares and 3.7-million warrants for Almonty Industries, which has applied to list on the TSX.
