On 14 December 2012, the company had lost its listing in Frankfurt through the segmentation of the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
“However, the Borse Berlin accepted the stringent requirements of the US OTCQB market where the company is primary listed, and will resume the quotation without any obligations.”
