Warrant Expiry Date Extended to November 2012 for Solid Resources

 Solid Resources Ltd.(TSXV:SRW) announced that its application to extend the expiry date of up to 20,333,333 outstanding share purchase warrants has been approved. The expiry date has been moved to November 17, 2012.

As quoted in the press release:

Accordingly, the expiry date of the 20,333,333 warrants previously set to expire on May 17, 2012 has been extended to November 17, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the warrants remain unchanged.
