U.S. Rare Earths (OTCQB: UREE) has withdrawn plans for an initial public offering on the NYSE MKT, the Dallas Business Journal reported.
As quoted in the publication:
The Plano company, which specializes in mineral exploration and mining, filed for a stock debut in January. It had planned to list on the NYSE MKT, an exchange designed for younger, high-growth companies, Renaissance Capital reported. It would have traded under the ticker symbol UREE.
Before it withdrew on Wednesday, filings show U.S. Rare Earths planned to offer 3.9 million shares at $3 to $5 each, making its IPO worth just under $22.43 million, according to Nasdaq.
