Stans Energy Reports Moscow Court Recessed Until April 28

Stans Energy (TSXV:HRE) reported that the Moscow City Arbitrazh Court held hearings on April 16 2015 in relation to an appeal by the Kyrgyz republic to set aside Stans’ US$118,000,000 Award of the International Arbitration Court of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

As quoted in the press release:

The Kyrgyz Republic’s original application to set aside the Company’s US$118,000,000 Award has already been dismissed once by the Court. The Court recessed to April 28, 2015 to consider further arguments.

Stans also issued a correction to its April 14 press release:

As reported on April 14, 2015 Stans Energy recently closed two Private Placements (please refer to April 14, 2015 press release for details on Placements). For Placement #1, gross and net proceeds were $25,110, with no Finders Fees paid. For Placement #2, Stans’ gross proceeds were $470,990.00 with Finders Fees payable of $11,000, for net proceeds of $459,990.00 Together both Placements generated net proceeds to Stans of $485,100.00
