Rare Earths Mining, Processing and Supply Outside China

Mineweb reported an interview with Mickey Fulp about the outlook for rare earth elements.

The market news is quoted as saying:

If a company wants to be a completely integrated REE company and a major force in the world, they need a heavy REE supply. That could come from the Pitinga Mine in Brazil and/or from a recycling plant.
