Quantum Rare Earth Reports its Latest Shareholder Updates

Quantum Rare Earth Developments Corp.(TSXV:QRE) announced its latest shareholder updates. The Company reported on its progress and activities during the first eight months of the year. Quantum also announced that it has signed new non-disclosure agreements which may lead to potential joint ventures.

The Company has signed Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality agreements with several parties concerning potential joint-venture and/or financing arrangements for development of the Elk Creek Niobium project.
