Medallion Resources Engages Investor Relations Firm

Medallion Resources Ltd. (TSXV:MDL) announced that it has appointed R&R Consulting to provide it with investor relations services.

As quoted in the press release:

The engagement is for a term of one year and may be terminated by either party on 30-days written notice. Medallion will pay a fee to R&R of $7,000 per month plus expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Medallion has also granted R&R 400,000 incentive options to purchase shares of the Company at a price of $0.06 per share, for a period of five years.
