Lynas Opens A $100 Million Australia Rare Earths Mine

Mining Weekly reported that Lynas Corp. (ASX:LYC) has now opened its Mount Weld mine in Australia.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Western Australian Premier Colin Barnett said that Mount Weld is the first significant rare earth mine to be opened outside China for many years.
