Lynas Gains Most in Two Years on Rare Earths Demand Outlook

Bloomberg reported that a positive demand outlook for rare earths pushed shares of Lynas Corp. (ASX:LYC) up the most in two years.

The market news is quoted as saying:

The shares gained 35 percent to A$1.18 at the 4:10 p.m. close of Sydney trading, the most since May 1, 2009. The Sydney- based company is the biggest gainer today on the MSCI AC Asia Pacific Index.
