Jacob Securities analyst Moreno said:

At this point, there is great potential for REEs— but at the same time, if the supply is uncertain, some industrial nations might come up with a plan B. Assuming the global economy does well, there is great potential usage and demand growth, not just in China, but also in other nations’ energy strategies.
