…officially voted in favour of the deal structure to complete the previously announced transaction between KMCP and Stans Energy Corp (See Stans’ press release January 13, 2011) for Stans to buy 100% KCMP’s Heavy Rare Earth Processing Complex, and private Rail Terminal for $5,500,000 USD. The legal process to finalize this transaction can now be initiated.
