Business China reported that some Chinese companies are seeking rare earth investments outside the country.

An unnamed insider from Sinom Holdings Ltd., a private Chinese enterprise that mainly focuses on international ore trading, was cited as saying that the company is currently seeking overseas investment opportunities in rare-earth mineral resources.
