China Must Resume Stable Rare Earth Exports

Daily Yomiuri Online reported that the World Trade Organization says China must eliminate rare earth export restrictions.

The market news is quoted as saying:

China temporarily halted rare earth exports to Japan last autumn after a Chinese fishing boat collided with two Japan Coast Guard patrol boats near the Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea.
