As quoted in the press release:

Work by MMTS will be conducted under the supervision of Roger Berdusco. Mr. Berdusco has over 35 years of industry experience with a focus on environmental, permitting, regulatory and community affairs. Mr. Berdusco previously spent over 30 years at Teck Resources Ltd. and has been recognized on many occasions for his excellence in environmental management at provincial and federal levels.

MGX president and CEO, Jared Lazerson, said:

We are excited to welcome MMTS to the MGX Minerals team. MGX holds full confidence that MMTS will be able to leverage the overwhelming environmental positives of industrial mineral production, specifically magnesite mining and subsequent magnesium oxide (MgO) production, which traditionally include little or no tailings and acid rock drainage. We believe this is the future of safe and sustainable mining in British Columbia and that no one that understands how to execute this better than MMTS due to their vast experience and local knowledge of southwestern British Columbia.
