The market news is quoted as saying:
Shaw River Manganese Limited of Australia has since taken over Otjozondu Holding (Pty) Ltd that owns 75.5 percent of the mine.Ā Vincent Algar, the Managing Director of Shaw River Manganese Limited has reacted strongly to the report saying that the issue is between the vendors (shareholders) in the three companies and has nothing to do with his company.
