The market news is quoted as saying:

Christo Lubbe, operations manager of Kalahari Mining Logistics and manager of the containerised manganese project, said they were responsible for bringing the manganese cargo from PMG Mining in the Northern Cape, load it into containers and transport it to the Durban port by rail where it is then shipped to China and then processed into hardened steel.
