Rock Tech Acquires 50,875 Hectares of Lithium Claims in Quebec
Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (CVE:RCK) reports closing of its acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Brandon Exploration Inc., a private BC company and holder of certain lithium exploration properties, Quebec.
The press release is quoted as saying:
One of the properties held by Brandon Exploration, known as the Lacorne Lithium Property, is comprised of 630 mineral claims covering 31,049 hectares in the Val d’Or region of Quebec. This property is located in the vicinity of the Quebec Lithium Project being developed by Canada Lithium Corporation (TSX-V: CLQ).  The second property consists of 376 mineral claims covering 19,826 hectares in the James Bay area of Quebec adding to the Company’s 100% owned Kapiwak Property located to the south of Lithium One’s (TSX-V: LI) Cyr Lithium Project.  This property is comprised of two claim blocks known as the Kapiwak 2 and Kapiwak 3 lithium properties.Â
