Pure Energy Minerals (TSXV:PE) announced that it has decided to increase its private placement to $1.6 million from $1.5 million. The placement will now be for 8 million units.
According to the press release:
The private placement will now be for 8,000,000 units at a price of $.20 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant being exercisable for 18 months from closing at a price of $.30 per common share.
