Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation (TSXV:NEV) announced the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Sept. 16, 2015, between Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp., and Nevada Alaska Mining Company, Robert Craig, Barbara Craig, Elizabeth Dickman, whereby the company can acquire the Neptune property (39 unpatented association placer claims, 1,263 hectares) located in the Clayton Valley, Esmeralda county, Nevada.
Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation (TSXV:NEV) announced the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Sept. 16, 2015, between Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp., and Nevada Alaska Mining Company, Robert Craig, Barbara Craig, Elizabeth Dickman, whereby the company can acquire the Neptune property (39 unpatented association placer claims, 1,263 hectares) located in the Clayton Valley, Esmeralda county, Nevada.
Consideration is one million shares payable over three years. The property is subject to a 3-per-cent gross overriding royalty, with the company retaining the option to purchase 1 per cent for $1-million (U.S.) for three years from the agreement date.
