Macarthur Minerals (TSXV:MMS) announced that Rare Earth Minerals plc has been notified by the Australian Foreign Investment Review Board (“FIRB”) that it has no objection to the previously announced non-brokered private placement.

Rare Earth Minerals will own approximately 15.26% of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares on an undiluted basis.
