Arkema and Hydro-Quebec to Partner for Lithium-ion Battery Lab
Arkema (EPA:AKE) and Hydro-Quebec have entered a partnership agreement to develop a laboratory for research and development in the energy storage sector. Research will focus on developing a new generation of materials to manufacture lithium-ion batteries, such as new electrolytes and conduction agents.

This collaboration between Arkema and SCE France is excellent news for the development of hybrid and electric public and private transport that seeks very safe, efficient, high quality and less costly technologies for the development of materials intended for Li-Ion batteries.
