American Battery Metals Corp. (CSE:ABC) announced that due to strong demand it has increased its ongoing private placement to $1.5 million.
American Battery Metals Corp. (CSE:ABC) (the “Company” or “American Battery”) today announced that due to strong demand it has increased its ongoing private placement to $1.5 million (the “Private Placement”). The Private Placement will now consist of an aggregate of 7,500,000 common shares (“Shares”) at a price of $0.20 per Share. Net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used by the Company for general working capital purposes.
The Company will pay finder’s fees in connection with the Private Placement and all securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a four month hold period. The Private Placement remains subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
