Saint Jean Carbon Inc. (TSXV:SJL) announced that it has made its final payment for the Walker graphite property, located in Buckingham Township, by issuing 5,000,000 common shares today. The property includes the past-producing Walker mine.
As quoted in the press release:
The common shares were issued to the vendor at a deemed value of $0.05 per share. All securities issued will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day pursuant to applicable securities laws.
