Northern Graphite Signs Strategic Agreement with Panacis Inc

NASDAQ reported Northern Graphite Corporation (TSXV:NGC.V) reported that it has entered into a strategic agreement with Panacis Inc. to develop their Canadian prospects.

As quoted in the market news:

NGC was higher by 5% at $2.45. Volume traded so far is over 133,000 shares.
