Noram Ventures Inc. (TSXV:NRM) announced that directors Tom Christy, Reg Low and Marc Sandercombe have resigned from Noram’s board, effective immediately.
As quoted in the press release:
Messrs. Christy, Low and Sandercombe believe that it is in the shareholders best interest to allow the original and remaining Directors to seek out and appoint new board members that can take the Company to the next level. The Board of Directors thanks Messrs. Christy, Low and Sandercombe for their contribution to the Company and wishes them success in their future endeavours.
