Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSXV:LMR,OTC:LMRMF,FWB: DH8B) announced a private placement of up to $500,000 through the sale of up to 2,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.10 per unit.
The units will consist of one common share and one warrant exercisable for one year at $0.15. The company will also seek to raise $ 300,000 in flow-through funding by issuing 2,500,000 flow-through units which will consist of one common share at the price of $0.12 cents and one warrant exercisable for one year at $0.15.
