Grafoid Subsidiary is Official Battery of the Historic Sportscar Racing Series
Grafoid Inc. subsidiary Braille Battery announced that it will be the official battery of the Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) series. HSR’s goal is to organize and promote competitive races featuring historic sportscars, with the Classic 24-Hour Race at Daytona being the most anticipated event of the year.
As quoted in the press release:
Braille’s latest 12v lithium battery technology will improve the performance and safety of all the Historic cars running in the field. Removing the original corrosive-flooded lead acid batteries will also help preserve these classics for years to come.
“I have always loved vintage racing, both as a driver and car builder, so it’s exciting for me to bring the latest in lightweight lithium batteries used in current professional racecars around the world to the classic machines run in HSR,” says Gary Savage
