Eagle Graphite Appoints Daryl Wood as CFO and Corporate Secretary

Eagle Graphite Incorporated (TSXV:EGA) announced it has appointed Daryl Wood as chief financial officer and corporate secretary, effective Oct. 1, 2015.
As quoted in the press release:

Mr. Wood replaces Dan Hamilton, who resigned effective Sept. 30, 2015. Mr. Wood is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years experience in senior financial roles and is based in British Columbia. Mr. Hamilton has agreed to assist the company during the transition of financial and accounting responsibilities to Mr. Wood and his team. The company would like to thank Mr. Hamilton for his contributions as CFO of Eagle Graphite and its predecessor company, Amerix Precious Metals Corp.
