Proto Secures Funding for Barnes Hill Project

Australian Journal of Mining reported that Proto Resources (ASX:PRW) is preparing for mining at the Barnes Hill nickel-cobalt-iron-magnesium project.

The market news is quoted as saying:

In anticipation of first production, Proto has appointed former Western Australian Senator Ian Campbell as chairman. Mortimer said Proto is also exploring iron ore deposits at Barnes Hill with an eye to announcing a JORC resource.
