Proto Launches Mining Application for Barnes Hill

Mining Weekly reported that Proto Resources & Investment (ASX:PRW) has made a mining application for its Tasmania-based Barnes Hill project.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Proto said on Wednesday that the applications were lodged following the signing of a binding option, which provided the company with the right to purchase 105 ha of private land adjacent to the mine site, which includes 87 ha of native habitat to offset the impact of mining.
