    Primary Cobalt Corp. (CSE:PRIM) (“Primary” or the “Company”) is please to announce that it will change its name to “Primary Energy Metals Inc.” Effective at the market open on September 4, 2018, the common shares of the Company are expected to commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new name, and the existing ticker symbol “PRIM”.

    Primary Cobalt Corp. (CSE:PRIM) (“Primary” or the “Company”) is please to announce that it will change its name to “Primary Energy Metals Inc.” Effective at the market open on September 4, 2018, the common shares of the Company are expected to commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new name, and the existing ticker symbol “PRIM”.

    Pat Morris, CEO and President of Primary, said, ” our new name reflects our global presence and focus on ethically sourced green energy metals. Our exploration activities have recently become more global in nature and include Cobalt, Vanadium, Uranium, Nickel, Copper, and Silver that have gone beyond where we began under Primary Cobalt in early 2018.”
