Global Cobalt Corp. (TSXV:GCO) has settled its debt with Mr. Don Taylor, a service provider.
As quoted in the press release:
The Service Provider will receive a total of 1,370,000 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.10 per share as payment of the Services (the “Service Settlement”).
