Formation Metals Inc. (TSX:FCO announced the voting results from its 2015 Annual General Meeting, which was held on June 25.
As quoted in the press release:
A total of 33,567,769 common shares of the 90,887,205 shares outstanding were voted representing 36.93% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Formation. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the Meeting, including the election of all directors as follows:
The other resolution considered at the Meeting was the re-appointment of Smythe Ratcliffe LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the auditor of the Company.
At the Board of Directors Meeting following the Annual General Meeting the following officers were appointed:
