Formation Metals Inc. Completes $80 Million Equity Financing

Formation Metals Inc. (TSX:FCO) announced that its $80 million equity financing is complete.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The Company plans to use the proceeds of the Financing to fund the continuation of engineering, procurement and construction at the Idaho Cobalt Project, for reclamation bonding requirements and for general corporate purposes.
